How BSPK Started
Mike and Niel met on a construction site in Metro Manila. Both had years of experience — Mike in construction management and project delivery, Niel in architectural design and interior styling. They kept seeing the same problem: clients who deserved quality work were getting hidden charges, missed deadlines, and communication breakdowns.
They decided to build something different. In 2018, they founded BSPK with a simple promise: every project gets honest pricing, clear timelines, and personal attention from the founders — not a junior team you've never met.
What started as two guys with a truck and a vision has grown into a full-service construction, interior design, and architectural firm serving over 93 cities across Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, and Laguna. But the promise hasn't changed. Mike and Niel still lead every engagement, from the first consultation to the final walkthrough.

Mike
Mike brings deep expertise in construction management and project delivery. He oversees every build from foundation to turnover, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are exceeded. His hands-on approach means he's on-site regularly — not behind a desk. Clients appreciate his straightforward communication and ability to solve problems before they become costly.
Niel
Niel leads the design side of BSPK — architectural planning, interior design, and the creative vision behind every project. He translates client ideas into detailed plans and 3D renders before a single nail is hammered. His eye for space optimization and material selection ensures every BSPK project looks as good as it functions, regardless of budget.
